Terms and Conditions of Sale

• Payment: All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include Goods and Service tax (GST). International orders are welcome.

• Enigma Hamilton accepts PayPal

• Phone payments: - We accept Bankcard, MasterCard, American Express & Visa. (Australian Customers Only)
A CCV number will need to be quoted when making credit card payments. We do not keep credit card details but feed the transaction directly into our shop Eftpos machine.

• We also accept payment by Direct Deposit; however, this payment method may delay delivery times to allow payment to clear.

• Prices: Products and prices may be changed at any time without notice, including items that have been listed but not purchased

• Colours: We have endeavoured to display the colours of products as accurately as possible, however, colours change according to the monitor being used therefore we cannot guarantee that the colours you see will be completely accurate.

• Security: Our site offers industry standard 128bit S.S.L. (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption protection, allowing you to purchase online with confidence.

• Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, an Order Confirmation will be automatically generated by our system and emailed to you.

• Replace, Refund or Credit: Enigma Hamilton complies with Australian Consumer Law, regulated by the Department of Fair Trading in regard to damaged or faulty goods. Goods must be returned in original packaging together with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt of delivery for exchange or issue of a credit note. Refunds are not permitted for change of mind purchases.

PLEASE ENSURE ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER THAT YOU IMMEDIATELY CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGE AND INFORM US IMMEDIATELY IF THERE IS A PROBLEM.

• Faulty: If a product proves to be faulty we ask that you take a photograph and email to inquiry.enigma42@gmail.com along with a description of the issues and we will contact you to resolve the problem.
